AURA is an iPhone app for AI personal styling. You can build a private digital closet, save looks, plan outfits, and chat with an AI stylist using your own clothes.
AURA never makes your wardrobe public. We use trusted service providers only as needed to operate app features, keep the service reliable, and support users.
Information You Provide
We may collect account information, closet items, clothing photos, style and size preferences, chats with AURA, saved looks, planned outfits, feedback, and support messages.
Your wardrobe data is private to your AURA account and is used only to power styling features, including closet organization, outfit recommendations, AI styling, saved looks, and outfit planning.
Automatically collected information may include device and app diagnostics, crash logs, and usage events that help us improve reliability, safety, and product quality.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate accounts, power closet features, generate outfit recommendations, support AI styling, improve the app, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and protect AURA.
Service providers may include cloud hosting, database and storage providers, AI processing providers, analytics, crash reporting, and other infrastructure needed to run the app.
AURA does not make wardrobes public. We share data only with service providers as needed to operate the app, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect the service.
User Choices, Children, and Contact
You can edit or delete account data in the app where available. You can also contact support if you need help accessing, updating, or deleting your account.
AURA is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity.
